School Tour
On May 21st, junior and senior infants went on their school tour. They went to a wonderful puppet show called "Each, Peach, Pear, Plum" which took place in the Roscommon arts Centre. After the show they went to Upsie Daisies. They had a great time on their tour.
Earlier in the Spring, Junior and Senior infants sowed flower seeds in trays in the classroom. They looked after them everday for several weeks. They then transplanted the seedlings into our garden. We look forward to seeing some beautiful blooms in the summer. We also hope that our flowers will encourage bees and butterflies to visit our garden.

Junior and Senior infants performed our annual Christmas play. This year it was called "Dog in a manger". It is about a grumpy old dog, a humpy camel, a lumpy donkey and a frumpy star. We all really enjoyed it.
Junior and senior infants are learning all about 2D shapes in Maths and about An Nollaig in Irish.
For Art they made wonderful wavy Christmas trees.
